Jerry the Chinchilla

Jerry is my pet chinchilla and was born around June 2004,. I aquired him in the September of that year, and he has lived with me ever since. He was part of a litter of three, and he was the first to be sold.   Jerry in the master bedroom. Three years on and Jerry has grown up somewhat. He now has quite of bit of freedom to roam the master bedroom during the day and the night as well. Being a rodent, this means some items have taken damage, but with no live electrical cabling, he is reasonably safe, and quite frankly saves a lot of chasing around oif he escapes the cage. Jerry on the headboard (September 2006) 1Jerry is an intelligent and agile animal, and I honestly believe if he were my size, he would probably be the most intelligent resident of the flat. However, he can be a little aggresive and seems to be quite fond of human flesh as he often takes the opportunity to bite me, but it is mostly good-natured or to attract my attention.
